RAYMON-DONCO MARKS 30 YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY IN MARCH 2009!
 | | Raymon Donco 1979 | I joined the company in 1979. Three of us owned the company. Two were silent and I wasn't. Jimmy Carter was President and the annual inflation was 10.2%. I was borrowing money for the company at a rate of 22%. Men had walked on the moon ten years earlier, but we were cutting holes out of metal with tin snips above a bowling alley in Eldora, Iowa. I left a great job at a community college to join a financially stressed private company making air diffusers. My dad thought I was crazy. I don't think he ever changed his mind.
Today we offer the highest quality grilles, registers and diffusers made anywhere in the world. Our products are sold in over one hundred independent manufacturer's rep offices across the U.S. and we do private labeling for many of our competitors. We are especially known for our service, offering twenty-four hour turn around for some products and two weeks on most. We are represented by the United Sheet metal Workers Local 45. Our employees are second to none and hold the heartland values that made America strong. | | Raymon Donco 2009 | As we celebrate our thirtieth year, I want to especially thank my wife, my family, my staff and employees, our support services, our vendors and our incredible customers who over-looked our shortcomings and helped us succeed beyond all expectations. Thank you and God bless. Larry A. Raymon
